We get it:
You know that fitness is important, but going to “the gym” has always been a bit of a hot mess: it’s impersonal, it can be intimidating and who knows what on Earth to do once you’re there?
This is where we come in. We’re creating a different kind of gym. A space where you get to be a part of a supportive community of people who are all there to challenge themselves as they work on their own versions of excellence, strength and badassery.
A space where you always have a coach who cares about your progress and who knows your name. A space where your coaches are big-time fitness nerds who will provide you with expert guidance mixed with a healthy dash of ridiculousness…because fitness should be fun!
