Our three (3)-month nutritional coaching series involves weekly 1-on-1 coaching sessions, which can be either in-person or via video chat.
Prior to our initial appointment, we’ll send you a questionnaire to fill out so that we can have all the information we need to begin planning action steps.
From there, our weekly sessions will be geared towards building sustainable, and most importantly, doable habits that will serve you over the long term.
