Our 1-on-1 Health and Fitness Strategy Session is a great first step in on your journey towards your goals.
We’re here to get you where you want to go
We can probably agree ahead of time that you think fitness is important. You might even have some goals. If you want to be really efficient about it, you could think of your strategy session as just that: based on your goals, we’ll tell you the very best combination of semi-private training and/or small group classes that will work to most effectively get you where you want to go.
But we’re also here to have fun
This will not be salesy. It’s just a fun–if in-depth–chat with someone who happens to be really good at mapping out a plan for getting fit and healthy and strong. We’ll show you around our little House of Fitness Badassery, chat with you about your fitness journey thus far and where you are looking to go. From there, we’ll tell you a little about the kind of magic we’re up to at Redefine Strength and Fitness, so that we can see if we think we’re a good fit for each other.
It’s sort of like a first date, but less awkward.
It’s just a low-key chat that takes about 30 minutes. Our primary goal during the strategy session is to get to know you and how we can best help you on your fitness adventure.
