We do two types of training: Small-Group Classes and Semi-Private Personal Training. You can do one or the other or both!

Small-Group Classes

We’ve got four different types of Small-Group Classes:

  • The Low-Down and Nitty Gritty
    • This is the class everyone starts with, so we can make sure you get the low-down on the foundational movements we use in all of our programming…and the nitty-gritty on good technique.
  • Sweatin’ to the 80’s
    • This is our conditioning class where you’ll get your heart a-racin’ while remembering just how awesome 80’s music is.
  • Mobility Mojo
    • This is the class where we’ll grease up those joints and get ’em moving. We’ll challenge you to develop strength and control of your movable joints as well.
  • Ahhhhh…The Recovery Class
    • It can’t be all high-intensity, all the time. Your body needs some recovery time so it can actually benefit from all of the other work you do. Your mind needs some recovery time, too. In this class, we’ll do both.

With Class Memberships, you can use your class credits for any type of class, at any available time.

Semi-Private Personal Training

In our Semi-Private Training sessions (up to 4 people, max), we get to combine the best of personalized, attentive coaching with the support and motivation that comes from community.

You’ll develop functional strength, develop great fitness and get amazing results with individualized workout plans tailored to your goals. And you’ll get to meet–and train with–new friends at the same time.
