What to expect

Your first visit with us is a time to talk about your fitness goals and any health concerns and we’ll take you through a full-body movement screen and assessment. This assessment is to see where you are moving well and where there are areas for improvement for optimal health. 

From the assessment we build an individualized program for reaching your goals based on input from you and your assessment.
